ABOUT THE OWNER

My name is Irene Dzioba, owner of 360 Downsizing Inc., a move management company that focuses on providing peace of mind to the 55+ demographic who are transitioning to smaller spaces.  I am a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist and Canadian Certified Staging Professional.  

Whether you are downsizing yourself or downsizing a loved one, moving on to a new home can be stressful-allow me to take care of all the logistics for you.

With my network of donation centers, packers, movers, tradespeople, cleaners, staging designation, realtors and on-line auction partnership, you can trust me to organize  all the details for you.

The unique focus of 360 Downsizing, Inc. is helping the 55+ demographic with a stress-free move, while also preparing the home for market.  Sometimes the family is out of town, working full-time or simply too busy with their own children or being caregivers and the homeowner is not able to take on the multiple tasks required. Too often, clients start the process only to call when they become overwhelmed or too late to have an auction.  I develop a complete move management plan that relieves the stress and emotional toll on the family.  We build relationships and trust with compassion, care and dignity.  

A personal experience left me with a home filled with "stuff" and not knowing what resources were available at the time, led me to this journey of helping other families in similar situations.Graduating with a Business-Accounting diploma, I've always had a knack for numbers and finance.

Growing up in the Niagara Region, I purchased my first home at the age of 23.  Upon moving to Hamilton, I became a landlord for nine years and know first-hand about home maintenance.   

For 29 years, my experience consists of many Senior moves into retirement homes and long-term care facilities, on-line auctions to assist with clearing out the contents of a home, designing and staging spaces, flipping homes, helping friends and family declutter and completing everyday home maintenance repairs and updates.

With my organizational skills, I've brought together all my many resources and knowledge of numbers to help families through the entire process of transitioning to a new place and preparing the home to sell.
